"They are the best in countertop fabricating and installation. They did granite countertops and full sheet quartz backslash. 53 sq ft of counters and 56 sq ft of backslash. It all lined up perfectly with NO seams. We did scuff the backslash instilling the range hood and they came out fixed it at no charge. I was expecting to pay since it was my fault. If you have a project big or small they are the company you choose. Great, great crew and great company owner who is at your place the entire time they are doing the measurements & instruction."

"Hired this company to paint my entire home. The project consisted of 1800 square feet with trim, baseboards, ceilings, and additional detail work. When I met with them, I instantly felt they were trustworthy and had no problem giving them access to my home while I was away to allow the project to progress. I expected 4-5 weeks of work, but was pleasantly surprised when it was finished is less time than I had anticipated. I requested that they start with the top floor so I could move in at the end of the week, they had no problem with that request and ensured this could be accomplished; it was. I changed my mind about color mid-way, prior to them continuing on the main level and requested a new paint color to replace the original I chose. They happily obliged. When I saw a few areas that I felt may need an extra coat, they applied happily. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The quality of the work is outstanding. They filled in all dents and fixed nail pops too. The walls look brand new. The paint is crisp, clean, looks phenomenal. The detail work is beautiful. They didnâ t leave a mess behind either. "We hired JP Grabenstetter after receiving three (3) quotes from contractors referred by friends. After reviewing the reviews here on Home Advisor, we felt they were the best option for basement remodeling. JPG delivered the most detailed quotation of all four quotes received. John was very good to work with from the time he first came to look the job over all the way through to completion. He explained the process they followed and the timeline. Since he was backed up with other work, we had to wait our turn in his schedule, which was not an issue for us. John's crew started right about when he said they would show up to get started and each trade came in exactly when he said they would come in. If I have any negatives about JPG, it would be the electrical work. We had detailed drawings prepared by an architect and John's crew worked off a very rudimentary drawing prepared by JPG. In the bedroom, we wanted 2 electrical outlets located on one wall such that they would be behind future night stands on either side of the bed. This was missed and I didn't catch it until the drywall was installed. We eventually worked around this. The other minor issue was a electrical box on the wall behind our wet bar. It was installed slightly tilted, which was exacerbated when I added a backsplash to that wall. Minor eyesore. Maybe it can be fixed?? The only other snafu, and not JBG fault was the cabinet supplier (who we had used in our previous house and is very good) ordered our cabinets in the wrong stain color. This caused a 2 week delay until the correct cabinets could be manufactured and shipped to the site. This also pushed the granite countertop delivery back, so a 6-week timeline ended up being 8-weeks but again, not caused by JPG. As a post note, one of our neighbors came to see our finished basement and loved it so much, he hired JPG for his basement finishing project. We heartily endorse JP Grabenstetter for your basement finishing project."
