He was responsive to all my inquiries and was available sooner and with a better price than anyone else we contacted. We thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home and I would hire him again in a heartbeat."

He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

This whole ordeal was overwhelming for us home owners but Jay was a major calming factor thru the storm. He came by several times during the actual foundation replacement, I'm sure for his own reasons, but made us aware of the process and how it was going. All the his trades folks were kind, curious, and very professional. When the job was complete it far surpassed our expatiation. We were not pressured to have things we didn't need but he made sure what we needed was done. All in all it was a lot of money but the quality of the work and attention to detail increased the value of our house enough to really make it worth it.
