"Fernando took on a very challenging job removing a dishwasher which was so tight that others told me the counter trim and floor would need to be cut out. He did it with literally no damage to the Trim or tile floor. Looking forward to hiring him again when I find a replacement dishwasher."

"Rose remodeling just finished my garage. I had a very old unfinished two car garage roughly 400 SF Adir did an amazing job from the beginning explaining every Step of the way and helping me with the design and finish material such as the storage cabinet, epoxy colors etc.. Iâ m super happy the communication was flawless and the outcome exceeded my expectations. And now we are working on the master bathroom and more future projects to come!! "Jason envisioned our kitchen floor to be in good shape (as it looked). However, after completing the work, he was not happy with it and explained that the old (1950s) floor had too much moisture, causing some areas to not absorb the finish as well. He refinished the floor a second time with a larger finisher (3 different levels of sandpaper!) at no additional cost. We are happy with the work. I think it tells a lot about someone on a project that doesn’t go as planned. Following up and making it right is very important. We would definitely hire Jason again."

"I called Jason at Precision Built Construction again as I always to, to construct a "Tough Shed" type building on the side of our home to store garden tools and a special generator to power our home in the event of a PG&E power shutoff. It was perfection! Painted to match the house, it will likely add to the value of our home when we sell."
