"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"Fabiano and Will went over and beyond on this project. Hiring a carpenter you have never worked with before involves a certain degree of faith. That's what I did when hiring Fabiano Construction to build a triple-tiered flower bed on my rooftop with a trellis on my Philadelphia row-home rooftop. I was not disappointed. Fabiano and Will are a great team, they are very kind and they do great work. What more could you ask for? I am having both of them come back to rebuild my grill countertop and cabinetry! "Top to bottom, the experience of working with Patio Enclosures (in Bensalem PA) was excellent--from sales advice and design, to the quality of the product, the installation, and the finished product. We are glad to have made this investment in our home with this company. Many different contractors were contacted, but it always involved selecting all materials that added cost. This company specializes in the patio enclosures and has their own frames (aluminum or vinyl--in 3 colors) with their own glass (single or double paned). Tom, the salesman was excellent, as was Dan (the manager) and the installers were courteous, capable, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend this company. Please keep in mind, however, that you must arrange for your own flooring and electricity and lighting--which is a small price to pay for the installation of a great and a reasonable system."
