"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

"Devin (the owner of Marvel Homes) is an AMAZING person to work with. He is punctual, very responsive and I really enjoyed working with his team. He does not cut corners with his work and you can be assured that his work is of the highest quality. He was a little more expensive than past contractors I used but you pay for what you get. I had someone put in a oven hood and they did not know the industry standards which resulted in the hood not working after a short period. Devin came in to fix that and did a beautiful job.  Devin's workers are polite, professional and they clean up really well after each day to ensure that the place is dust free. Although he may have less reviews here on Angie's List, be sure to ask him for his many testimonials from many happy clients he has served. His workmanship is also top notch and he comes by on a daily basis while his team was working on our house, to ensure that all was going well. I would use Marvel Homes without hesitation for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone."

"Update (8/9/17): It took several unsuccessful attempts to fix the granite in our kitchen before VKB finally agreed to replace the granite. The new countertops were finished properly. A few other minor matters were also taken care of. We now have the kitchen that we had hoped for."

"I am very satsifed with Mr Molina's work. The tiile projct was done as bid and with a very good quality of workmanship. We requested to be able to get the work done by XMAS and Mr Molina was willing to work the weekend to meet this goal. He is easy to work with and was focused on keeping the area clean which was helpful for us.. Overall the previous recommendations I recieved for service magic were helpful in selecting a contracotr and having a quality result from this CM Tile contractor is a very satisfying result. "If you're looking for the cheapest option, Lux isn't for you. You're paying for quality, workmanship, speed, and professionalism. I hired Lux to renovate an unfinished basement space (one main room, one large storage / utilities area, and a laundry space. They gave me a time estimate to start, and actually were able to come in early. The folks who did the job were polite, amazing at their work, and I think my dogs fell in love with them. They were finished MUCH faster than I expected. They handled all the inspections, electrical, carpeting...it was so easy for me. I can't recommend Lux (and Tim!) enough."
