They were up front when the project was delayed a few days but that was no big deal to us at that time as they would still finish when we wanted them. Only issue is that some of the tiles don't appear to be totally level at this point which has been starting to annoy me and now i fear some may crack in the future. Not sure why that is as they seemed level when they completed the install."
