"I highly recommend Tom Foley Installations for laminate countertop installation. I contacted a dozen countertop installers and learned that most of them either donâ t install laminate countertops or have project minimums that made their estimates ridiculously high. Fortunately for me, one of those businesses referred me to another that in turn referred me to Tom Foley. Tom made the drive from Ontario to Montebello to show me samples for my kitchen and provided an estimate on the spot. The cost was more than reasonable and Tom offered to install both the kitchen sink I purchased earlier and a new water supply valve without charging for the additional labor! The job was scheduled to start couple of days later and the job was completed in a day. The installation was perfect and Tom left the house cleaner than it was when he started!"

I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. "We are beyond thrilled with our new countertops-not really new but they sure do look like it! We had 20 year old laminate countertops and needed a reasonable update. Chris and his assistant resurfaced our kitchen and bathroom countertops as well as our island. We picked the color/pattern (he had a lot to choose from). They arrived on time and it took about 4 hours. Most of that time (it seemed) was prepping to ensure minimal mess. They really did do a great job in this area. Since they are actually spraying the material onto the desired surfaces, prep is a must! I found very little left behind. What I did clean was a few doorknobs and a bit on the floor. After a few washes it cleaned up. I did not think this was unreasonable. I was concerned with how durable this would be and in the first few days we definitely babied it . It has then over a month and it has proved to be as durable as our laminate was but much prettier! I was concerned that some areas were smoother than others. Chris assured me that most of this would smooth out over time-I was skeptical. If you are expecting a granite or glass finish on your surfaces, you will be disappointed. Most of this has smoothed out but there are some areas that have not as much. Along the counter edges are the least smooth. For us this hasn't turned out to be a problem. We realized that we were not getting a high-grade countertop but a aesthetically pleasing alternative that fit much better into our budget. Also it does shine and is easy to care for. I use Pledge multi-surface cleaner as recommended. If you walked into my kitchen you definitely would not know that we didn't pay top dollar for expensive countertops. Not only are we pleased with the counters we are definitely pleased with Chris and Franklin Interiors."

His crew built the structures at the same time, using rebar and proper slope calculations. The ramp has a gentle incline that meets code, and the broom finish provides good traction. The steps are wider than before, with a landing that improves access. City inspectors visited to check compliance, and the project passed. The combination design works well for our family and makes the entry more functional. It?s practical, durable, and complements the rest of the exterior improvements nicely."

From beginning to end, David and his crew were professional and communicative and did excellent work. I had been saving for and dreaming about this kitchen remodel for years, so I had very high expectations and the finished product actually exceeded my expectations. The materials are high quality (gorgeous cabinets!) and provided just the look we wanted. Even though it's always challenging to have people in your house, the crew did their best to be nonintrusive and cleaned up well after work each day. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly by David, and he's just a really nice guy. We trusted him right away, and he proved himself worthy of that trust. I'm already starting to plan the remodel of my weird 70s bathroom, and I'll definitely be calling David to do the work!"

"We had been looking for Contractors to work one two of our bathrooms . For the Master bathroom we needed the tub and countertop changed whereas for the guest bathroom we needed a complete remodeling . We had consulted with multiple contractors before we agreed to go forward with Golan. Golan was upfront about the costs involved and provided us a complete breakdown of project timeline. Amir was our contact for all issues big and small. He gave us advice when we went tile shopping, got the plumber to come look at a leak after hours and provided creative solutions to some unavoidable issues. The rest of the crew ie plumbers, electricians, handymen etc.. were also respectful of our space and thorough professionals. Communication was a breeze and responses to our questions were quick. Our guest bathroom went from having an old rusty tub to a more contemporary shower. We replaced the space hogging yellow vanity with a modern prefab unit which made the tiny room look more spacious. The tiles were updated to a nice slate gray which are much easier to take care of then the original old tiles. For the master bathroom we changed the old shaky tub with a new tub and had nice natural stone looking tiles put in which make the room seem warmer and more peaceful. We are extremely happy with how things turned out. And are planning on working with Golan and his team for future home improvement projects. Highly recommend the team !!!"
