The challenges they faced included mucky soil due to a recently removed stump and an uneven concrete pad. Almost the whole project was done in the rain. "I hired Dorson Jackson of Jackson Construction as my general contractor to perform a kitchen addition and remodel in September 2022. He completely gutted my kitchen, moved a wall to expand the space, and installed new everything (custom cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, LVP flooring, lighting, plumbing, and appliances). It was a big project so inevitably had a few (pretty minor) hiccups along the way, but he was always quick to respond to and resolve my concerns. I am so pleased with the end result! I recently required a warranty repair due to an issue with my dryer vent (which was moved during the remodel). He had someone at my house the next day to resolve my issue.
