From beginning to end, Bryan is there to answer questions and help with decisions. As any job will include unexpected issues (in our case, an unlevel floor underneath our old tub), Bryan remedied the situation--something that the prior installer ignored. He was here every day with his crew, and keeping our house clean (during rainy, muddy days) was yet another priority for him. Bryan sought our input throughout the project, and he responded to all requests. He was always available for suggestions and questions.
