"All tasks necessary to have new gutters installed were flawless. Dee worked to meet our scheduling needs, followed up to confirm and even reached out after the installation to ensure we were satisfied with the product quality and services performed. David provided a detailed estimate and explained the value of having SnapLock gutters. The gutters themselves are beautiful , match our siding perfectly, and do not require nails which is prevents potential leaks. The installers, Kam and Rick were on time, stayed on task and finished in just a couple of hours. The work area was spotless when they left and the quality of work excellent. "I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"We originally hired Vinyl Sash to replace three windows and they went above and beyond including fixing work completed by another local company that was unsatisfactory. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and customer service that we had them install another custom window on the front of our home and complete a tub to shower conversion in our one bath home. The installer for the shower arrived promptly, was pleasant and courteous and cleaned up any mess he might have made during the install. Since we only have one bathroom, it was very important that the work be completed as quickly as possible, which it was.
