From the beginning, our PM Erez was polite, on time, and made us feel comfortable about taking this next step in our renovations, something that hasn’t been done to this extent in maybe 45 years in our house. This started by meeting with their designer to draft up the renderings. We redid 100% of everything from the flooring, cabinets, tore down two load bearing walls, then painting the joining dining room, hallway, and living room.
