"I have been in the business for 40 years and he is the only person that I would hire for doing that particular kind of work. If there is a scale of 1 to 5, he is beyond that scale because he is that good."

"Zacharias Remodeling Construction did an outstanding job remodeling my mom‘s kitchen in July 2025. Oscar, the contractor, was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. His team was meticulous with every detail and always arrived on time which made the entire process, smooth and stress-free. This was especially important to me as I had experienced a contracting company in the past where the workers did not show up on time (or at all), cut corners, and it made for a lousy 2 months. The finished kitchen looks beautiful and without hesitation, Zacarias remodeling construction will be my first call for future projects."

They completely renovated our entire kitchen, installed brand new cabinets and countertops, repaired & renewed the plumbing, and refinished our vanities. It is like we have a brand new kitchen now!"

"Excellent job! We just recently had the pleasure of working with Geico Builders on our master bathroom remodel project, and we couldn't be more satisfied and happy with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Mila, Denis and their team demonstrated a level of professionalism that exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, courteous, and communicative throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The quality of workmanship was precise outstanding. From shopping, material selection till the installation of new fixtures to the meticulous slabs wall installation, every detail was executed with precision and care. We were particularly impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a flawless end result. Their transparent approach from the beginning till very end of the project shows confidence in their integrity and trustworthiness. Overall, our experience working with Mila and Geico Builders Crew is Excellent. Thank you and we will be recommending you to anyone who is looking for quality job."

"The Acme Awning Company salesman was punctual and came well prepared with sample fabrics and various options with prices.  The pricing is slightly higher than some others I researched, but I learned that their guaranteed service levels made it worth the cost.  You see, the salesman's measurements didn't account for a non-obvious surprise that required the awning be 3" shorter than the width measured.  When the installers came, they found a way to make the salesman's measurements work, but when I said I wasn't happy with it, they promptly uninstalled the awning, took it back to be resized, and showed up the next week to install it again to my satisfaction. If I had purchased the awning from one company and hired my own contractor to install it, I would have not known about the hidden/non-obvious surprise causing me to order an awning that was the wrong size, and I would have had to pay the contractor to install the awning, take it down, and reinstall it again...all costs that would have added up.  With Acme, one price covered it all, and I absolutely love the result - it's functional and beautiful! I'm usually a DIY person, but I'm glad this time I left it to the pros."

"After they redid our counter tops and island, we had them paint out cabinets and build shelves up to the ceiling. The communication was on point this time and the results speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for any home project."
