"Better than I could have imagined! In January 2023, I decided to open up my living/dining room area by doing a remodel in Seaford DE. This consisted of removing two walls to open up the space. After receiving a couple of quotes, I selected Callaway Corp as the price was incredibly reasonable and their designer/project coordinator, Katherine, helped me envision what it could look like (including paint colors, flooring, lighting, electrical, and more). What used to be a dark and dingy area is now bright and cheerful and my guests no longer walk into a “tube” from the front door. It is completely open and I have so much more room. During the process, the crews discovered some foundation issues and some water damage, of which was expertly fixed. The entire project was complete on time and on budget. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did an excellent job. They kept the workspace clean and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. They punched a hole through the wall to install a new window. The drywall on the inside has a texture and had previously been redone horribly. Mike fixed it right up around the window to match the rest of the walls. On the outside he fabricated a boarder to make the aluminum siding match up with the window frame. Overall it was excellent work!"
