Budget was very reasonable and he kept us abreast of the project’s progress, including unanticipated issues with our old plumbing and electrical connections, which were promptly and efficiently addressed. Ron is affable, very professional and responds immediately to any request. Likewise, his crew were pleasant, professional and left the place very tidy when all was finished. "We contacted Charles for an estimate to replace the roof on our outdoor kitchen/pergola.  His estimate was in line with other estimates we received and we were quite impressed with the knowledge that Charles exhibited.  When we told him that we wanted our polycarbonite roof replaced he knew exactly what we were talking about.

A week or two after the roof had been replaced, Charles emailed me asking if everything was okay with the roof.  We had not had any rain to speak of at that point so I told him the next time it rained we would double check.  Very refreshing to have someone check on their work.

Well, the huge rains occurred here in Spring, Texas and there were a couple of leaks.  I contacted Charles and very quickly he responded and sent his crew out to make repairs.  This was at a time when all the flooding took place and I'm sure they were very busy but he took the time to make repairs on a project that he had already been paid for.  I cannot say enough good things about him and his crew's professionalism.  When we get ready to remodel the outdoor kitchen, Charles will be the first call I place!
