"We are so pleased with the remodel of our bathroom and the way that it was accomplished by Wiseman’s Home Improvement! Getting in and out of the old tub and its sliding shower door attachment was awkward and cleaning everything was a pain. That was just one of several issues with our bathroom. We knew we wanted to replace the tub with a walk-in shower and upgrade the sink, countertop and flooring. We took bids from several contractors, but we were particularly impressed with Wiseman’s. Wiseman’s helped us throughout the design of the remodel. They accompanied us to pick out tiles for the shower as well as the flooring, and countertop and offered valuable suggestions to ensure that colors and textures were compatible. With their help we were able to add unique and personalized touches to our project. Every part of the process, from demolition to final touch-ups, was controlled by Wiseman’s. The workmen arrived on time, covered adjacent carpeting from dust and grime, and cleaned up after themselves every day. There was minimal interruption to our daily activities. They helped us acquire a custom designed shower door and a unique beveled glass mirror. As unforeseen problems arose, they found alternative solutions. The work was completed above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We have another project planned for a kitchen remodel and Wiseman’s Home Improvement will be the contractor we call. We give them an A+ in every category. "The workers were timely, friendly and willing to do extra small jobs. They did an outstanding job. The paint lines were impeccable (Thanks Mike), and the cleanup was thorough. The only reason that I did not provide all A's for this company is due to poor communication between (S), the workers and us. (S) arrived and gave us a reasonable price, told us that if the job was not completed that day, then we could have the workers back to finish on the next work day. The workers and I agreed that a second day was necessary. However, when they were ready to return on the next working day, they were reassigned and we were left to try to make other arrangements with the office for another date. This caused a ripple effect of rescheduling other jobs around the condo. (S) did not take responsibility for the miscommunication, but the office staff was great about resolving our problem and my feelings."

"We recently had our master bathroom renovated by Ovation Restoration, LLC. We discussed what we were looking for and our budget and Rick indicated he could do the job within that budget. We are very happy with the bathroom now. The old bathroom was very builder basic and now it is much more us with our choice of items (flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tub, faucets, etc.). We encountered a few minor bumps in the road and the project ended up taking just a little longer than expected but I have heard stories from others on their projects taking two or three times longer with other contractors so not bad at all. All the delays were outside the control of Ovation. We did encounter an extra cost on some replumbing, but Rick helped us out a bit by giving us a discount in the end. The workers and contractors were easy to talk with, but we did have issues from time to time communicating with one of the workers. It all worked out in the end. Joshua had great attention to detail, and he continually kept us updated on the progress. His assistance in helping us to decide the layout for the shower walls was important to our satisfaction with the bathroom. We were told that they would clean up a bit at the end of each day but that seldom happened on our project. We have a couple of minor issues that I am sure will be taken care of soon but overall, a better experience than I expected. We will contact Rick and Ovation Restoration for our next project and would recommend him for your next project. Thanks again Rick."
