"Patrick did a great job on the opener install. Only 1 problem, when he gave me the new opener instruction booklet he didn't write the specific info about the opener in the book ( serial #). Now to properly register my new opener I must get my ladder out, climb up to the motor, remove the cover to reveal the information needed to register the opener. Not sure if this was an oversight or not but it's something that new customers should not be bothered with. Other than that, a good job"
