"DeMarcus and his team showed up on time and were professional, efficient and clean. Regrouted two bath/showers and repaired numerous chips on a white kitchen porcelain floor. Results were stunning. I have had DeMarcus cut granite countertops for a new countertop burner, polish and seal kitchen granite countertops and clean and seal porcelain and marble floors and grout. They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project.
