"Dave's work is very high quality and he has an outstanding work ethic. He took care of repairs we couldn't and advised us on what work needed to be done. We found him honest and reasonably priced. He is the handyman I have always needed and we will be calling him again if work comes up my husband can't handle himself."

"Great company and very transparent. Finished in a timely manner and showed up on time as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or home improvement. Iâ m also going to contact them again when I need some more projects done."

"This company is absolutely the greatest!!! We worked on two projects with them. The room addition about 2 years ago came out flawless and the process went smoothly; plans were correct the first time; all inspections were passed; the project was on time. The second time, we remodeled our kitchen: replaced cabinets (custom), new countertops (white marble - very trendy), paint, and flooring. I suggest everyone who is thinking to undergo remodeling or construction to consider Precision first. They would not disappoint!!! Utmost professionalism and the best customer service."

"I got my kitchen done with Be home remodeling , the work was amazing! From the moment I meet the project manager Mario , I could say this company is the right one . The did my kitchen along with all the floor all throughout my house , upgraded my main panel service and I couldn?t be more happier with the result . I definitely recommend be home remodeling for any homeowner that want a high end service and work. thank you Be Home Team !"

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. "We hired Royalty Design and build to remodel our kitchen in our home in Cardiff by the sea. The house, built in the 90s, had outdated kitchen - cabinets, countertops and flooring. Before starting the remodel, we had consultation meetings with one of Royaltys designers, who helped us select materials and created a design that matched our vision. The project was managed by Lavi, who maintained excellent communication with us throughout. he was always professional and readily available to answer any questions we had. Lavi visited the site several times each week to check on progress and ensure everything was going smoothly. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Royalty design and build for your next project."

"We’ve been working with Ben on the remodeling of both of our bathrooms, and after speaking with multiple companies, we’re extremely glad we chose him. From start to finish, Ben and his team have been professional, communicative, and fair with their pricing. The quality of work has been excellent, timelines were clearly explained, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly. It’s rare to find a contractor who is both skilled and trustworthy, and Ben absolutely delivers on both. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the results, and we would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality remodeling work."

"We decided to remodel our outdated bathroom, and McCormick Home Builders was a fantastic choice. Khaled and the team delivered high-quality work within the timeline and our budget. Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was beautifully done. They communicated well throughout, keeping us informed at every step, and the end result was truly a spa-like bathroom we can enjoy daily. We’d love to work with them again!"
