Small jobs welcome
"Dave's work is very high quality and he has an outstanding work ethic. He took care of repairs we couldn't and advised us on what work needed to be done. We found him honest and reasonably priced. He is the handyman I have always needed and we will be calling him again if work comes up my husband can't handle himself."

"They did a great job. They rebuilt my closet, hung curtain rods, fixed a kitchen cabinet and drawers as well as a few other small projects. It was very reasonably priced and done quickly. I would definitely hire again."

"This company is absolutely the greatest!!! We worked on two projects with them. The room addition about 2 years ago came out flawless and the process went smoothly; plans were correct the first time; all inspections were passed; the project was on time. The second time, we remodeled our kitchen: replaced cabinets (custom), new countertops (white marble - very trendy), paint, and flooring. I suggest everyone who is thinking to undergo remodeling or construction to consider Precision first. They would not disappoint!!! Utmost professionalism and the best customer service."

Customers say: True professional
"The project took longer than we would have liked, but that was in part because we redesigned the deck and had to resubmit plans. Dan and his crew were very professional, had good suggestions to help us save some money and were a pleasure to work with.

"We hired Royalty Design and build to remodel our kitchen in our home in Cardiff by the sea. The house, built in the 90s, had outdated kitchen - cabinets, countertops and flooring. Before starting the remodel, we had consultation meetings with one of Royaltys designers, who helped us select materials and created a design that matched our vision. The project was managed by Lavi, who maintained excellent communication with us throughout. he was always professional and readily available to answer any questions we had. Lavi visited the site several times each week to check on progress and ensure everything was going smoothly. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Royalty design and build for your next project."

"After they redid our counter tops and island, we had them paint out cabinets and build shelves up to the ceiling. The communication was on point this time and the results speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for any home project."

"We recently remodeled our kitchen with Ben and Bentov Builders, and the experience was great from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent ? Ben was always available, kept us updated, and made sure everything stayed on track with no surprises. What really stood out was the commitment to quality. He paid attention to the small details, and it shows in the final result. The crew was professional, respectful, and kept the space clean, which made the process much easier while living at home. The kitchen turned out exactly how we wanted ? even better. If you?re looking for a reliable contractor who delivers and actually communicates, I highly recommend Bentov Builders. ? "C & H Gardens Artistic Landscape & Tree Service did a fantastic job in my backyard. They worked within my budget. My planting beds were cleaned out, weed barrier installed and new succulents planted. They worked with me on design and planting. They also re-installed stairs to allow access into my canyon lot. Finally they installed a retaining wall to support my mature sycamore tree that is on a slope and also terraced above the tree on the slope. The workmen were efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business for your landscaping needs.1"

Butcher block countertops come in three main styles, each offering a unique look and function. Flat grain, also known as face grain, showcases the natural wood patterns, giving your kitchen a modern and elegant appearance. Edge grain is made from long, narrow wood strips, making it sturdy and providing a consistent grain pattern. End grain features a checkerboard pattern that is highly durable and perfect for heavy food preparation. Each style caters to different aesthetic preferences and usage needs, enhancing your kitchen's look and functionality.
With proper care, wood countertops can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years. To keep yours looking like new, clean up spills immediately and reseal the surface regularly—ideally once a month in the first year, then twice a year after that. Regular maintenance helps preserve the wood's beauty and durability for decades.
Wood countertops aren't hard to maintain if you keep up with regular care. Simply clean them with mild soap and water after use and reseal them monthly during the first year (then twice a year afterward). Using a food-grade oil or sealant protects the wood from damage. With a bit of routine maintenance, your countertop will stay beautiful and durable.
Wood countertops are sanitary with proper care and maintenance. By sealing them with a food-grade sealant and cleaning them regularly with mild soap and water, you create a barrier that prevents bacteria from getting into the wood. Always dry the surface thoroughly after cleaning to keep it hygienic and safe for food prep.
It's best to oil raw wood countertops once a month during the first year. After that, you can oil them twice yearly to keep them in good shape. If your countertop is professionally stained or sealed, you might not need to oil it as often. Regular oiling helps prevent drying and cracking, preserving the wood's natural beauty and durability.
