"After an extended time out of state, we came home to a busted pipe in our kitchen, with standing water destroying a number of our cabinets and wood floors. After dealing with some initial insurance headaches and repairs, we figured we might as well do some additional, much needed updates in our home while we were already inconvenienced by the construction zone that had taken over our kitchen. "I worked with Ilan Sigura about 16 years ago for remodeling the house my wife and I purchased and for remodeling a rental property we own in the bay area.
