"It was a good experience. We spoke with Chris Collard at the Tampa Home show about this relatively small job. He was very informative and followed up with us in a few days. We thought we might be put to the bottom of the list because the size of the job and it being hurricane season. The shutter also had to be custom made account of the large window size. He had us scheduled within the month and kept us informed as far as the permit, etc. were concerned. Everyone was punctual and professional and the job and inspection went as scheduled.
