"Everything when smoothly and quicker than we could have expected. Our initial contact with was in early January. While the work was initially scheduled to be completed late February, Carl (owner) was able to push the work ahead a few weeks. Build time covered approximately two weeks. During the first week, the existing cover was removed. A cap was put on the existing patio by a contractor who works closely with Sheds and More (approx $2600 in addition to the $15000). The build started at the end of the first week and was completed by Wednesday of the following week. We are extremely pleased with the design execution. We asked for a non traditional wooden design and provided pictures of what we wanted. To complicate matters, the roof slope has a very low slope and there are two opposing roof lines in one of the corners. We wanted a ceiling height that would let us install ceiling fans. The other builders we talked to could not meet all these requests. Carl has been friendly, profession, and flexible. The crew working the job were timely and efficient, working with us as much as possible when any questions arose. While the costs may appear be a bit higher than expected, the quality of the finished product make it an extremely good value, in our opinion."

Rooms were completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. Kitchen ceiling was raised. All existing drywall was removed. New drywall was textured and painted. Attic was reinsulated above kitchen and dining room. New cabinets were installed. Floor and backsplash were installed with porcelain tile. New sink, garbage disposal, and quartz countertop was installed. Ceiling and under counter lighting was added. Pantry door and all wood molding was replaced. All plumbing and electrical work was included.

Cabinets, tile, sink, and countertops were purchased separately from contract but for the amount of materials, time, and effort involved in the remodel, I'm very satisfied with the cost and result.

Eric is very skilled, knowledgeable, helpful with many of my decisions with color and design. I would definitely use him in any future projects.

"My kitchen cabinet was damaged by the dishwasher leak and the water remediation company had to get rid of the kitchen cabinet and took out the sheetrock behind the cabinet. Robert is a professional guy and he has been in the cabinet business for over 20 years. He bought the new insulation, new sheetrock and wood planks. He put the insulation and sheetrock back on and he made the cabinet from wood planks. The new cabinet matches the existing cabinets in the kitchen. He also painted the wall and so I could not see the sign of the cabinets being repaired. In all, I highly recommend oncall service."
