He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). We had four old windows replaced, two in a rental apartment where the tenant was working. The workers were sensitive in keeping noise and disruption to a minimum.
