"Great experience! We spoke to a number of different companies before choosing. Mike at Platinum was the only person that was interested in fixing the problem we had in our outdoor kitchen area instead of just replacing the kitchen for the same problem to happen again in the future. He came out multiple times to test how the problem was affecting the area and then came up with a solution that works fantastic! The crew was easy to have around and respectful of our home. Mike surprised us with an addition of led lights under the countertop and they look amazing! We will call them again for any outdoor renovations."

"After pricing carpet at two other sources, my husband and I decided to make the drive to Carpet Giant's location on the Gulf Freeway in Houston to see the carpet choices and get a pricing for carpeting our entire home. We worked with Renee Stephenson, the sales manager, to find a great carpet choice. We'd taken a copy of our house floorplan with us, and she was able to quote us the price for our complete job right there.
Later that day we realized we'd forgotten to tell Renee we had a walkway from the family room to the front door that was tile, and wouldn't need carpet. She adjusted the amount of carpet we'd need and also the price to reflect the change.
We told Renee we weren't quite ready to purchase, as we were having a new countertop installed in our kitchen, but she agreed to hold the carpet for us until we were ready. The carpet was such a great deal, we decided to purchase it, and call them when we were ready to have it installed
After my new countertops were installed, I called Carpet Giant back to have my carpeting installed. (I knew the carpet for my home was in stock because the company had left a message on my phone a week or so back letting me know it was there when we were ready for it.) They were able to install that week, and on the day I requested. Their van showed up on time, the men were very professional, and the job was completed within about 4 hours. My furniture was moved and replaced without any scratches, dings, or dents. Renee even called to check on the progress and my satisfaction. My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received and the results.
