We had trouble purchasing the new cooktop due to shortages but when we finally found one and bought it we called Fernando and he worked us into his very busy schedule and did an amazing job recutting the opening in our granite island. Very professional!! And knowledgeable! When I asked why my countertop was soo much darker then the original which showed when old cooktop was taken out he said what everyone doesn’t realize is granite has to be sealed every year or all the chemicals to clean with/oils from cooking/dirt from people get on it and are absorbed and you can not do anything to bring back the original color if you haven’t protected it! They never tell you the see things with you gave tag en installed!"
