"Better than I could have imagined! In January 2023, I decided to open up my living/dining room area by doing a remodel in Seaford DE. This consisted of removing two walls to open up the space. After receiving a couple of quotes, I selected Callaway Corp as the price was incredibly reasonable and their designer/project coordinator, Katherine, helped me envision what it could look like (including paint colors, flooring, lighting, electrical, and more). What used to be a dark and dingy area is now bright and cheerful and my guests no longer walk into a “tube” from the front door. It is completely open and I have so much more room. During the process, the crews discovered some foundation issues and some water damage, of which was expertly fixed. The entire project was complete on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home remodel. Callaway is an honest and experienced construction company and I am already planning my phase 2 renovations with them."

"5 Stars for PCR Builders. In the end, we had a fabulous large deck and paver patio that is beautiful and great value for our money. It was a long / big job and there are bound to be a few hiccups along the way requiring lots of communication and discussion. But William and PCR Builders delivered in the end.
