"I contacted The Builders &Cleaners of CT for a gutter cleaning. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day of my phone call. Initially I didn?t get an answer and I?m not big on leaving messages for a service but David promptly returned my call. He was pleasant and accommodating and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They showed up as scheduled and was quick and thorough. They even provided pictures of the finished work. "Things started well right from the start. An email was sent to me which provided me with a photo of the salesperson who would be coming so that I would be sure I was dealing with the right people. The price on the garage door was higher than that provided by other vendors but the quality of the door was higher and the job was going to entail replacing all of the hardware that had been in place. It made sense since some of the hardware was in-place since 1979 and it was time to go. None of the other vendors were going to do this.
The gutters were installed by a different team - and on a different date - from the garage door team. Both of them were polite, efficient and prompt.
The only thing I would have wished is that I would have been able to make one call and be able to get information on both projects. The way DiGiorgi is structured, each area is separate and you need to call each area individually.

"They are true to their company's name - dedicated craftsmen. They do beautiful work and for a very reasonable price. They built two porches - one on the front and one in the back, (with unschedule replacement of the two rotting pillars) and quite a large patio. The yard is on a very slight decline and Vilson leveled the patio. I was impressed. I loved working them and would recommend them for any stone and masonry work."

"I have used Martin for many projects in and around my house. He has done drywall repair, painting, laying floor and moulding. Removing wall to wall carpeting. Putting in a new front door. Sanding and painting metal railings. Power washing house. He has always been fair priced, respectful, timely. I highly recommend him and have to many friends who in turn have used him now as well. "I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer."
