I contacted a dozen countertop installers and learned that most of them either donâ t install laminate countertops or have project minimums that made their estimates ridiculously high. Fortunately for me, one of those businesses referred me to another that in turn referred me to Tom Foley. Tom made the drive from Ontario to Montebello to show me samples for my kitchen and provided an estimate on the spot. The cost was more than reasonable and Tom offered to install both the kitchen sink I purchased earlier and a new water supply valve without charging for the additional labor! The job was scheduled to start couple of days later and the job was completed in a day. The installation was perfect and Tom left the house cleaner than it was when he started!"

He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. A wonderful kitchen remodel experience.

We talked with 2 other remodeling contractors and decided to go with So Cal Builders and Design (Avi, manager/contractor). My husband and I seemed like we had instant warmth with Avi and felt like he could be trusted. He turned all of our worries about remodeling into a great experience. The price was in the middle of the other contractors, but he showed us great pictures and Avi also had great ideas and we were hooked.  We picked out our cabinets, countertop, backsplash, we also had LED lights installed.

Then the process started, boy was I nervous at first when they gutted the kitchen, but after a day or two I was good.  Everyone that worked for Avi seems like we had a good connection with and also trusted them. Ferdi was the person that did the gutting, plumbing, painting and installing the appliances and all sorts of other things (great job Ferdi).

You know once you start a remodeling there are always other unforeseen issues that pop up.  Yes, they popped up with our remodeling, we found out the owners prior to us did some electrical work and it was wrong.  So, we had to fix the electrical issues and also upgraded our electrical box (additional cost, but good). Simon and Usher did all of our electrical work (great job Simon). Along the way we were able to change our minds and nobody had a problem with that (at least they didn?t complain). We also decided to make changes to an existing wall by adding on a larger countertop in the kitchen. When the cabinets were installed they looked GOOD, they used excellent materials, great workmanship and the crown molding was FABULOUS.  The countertops and backsplash are amazing too. Avi was always available, also with texting which made life great, didn?t matter what time he was always able to get back to us with answers to our many questions. He also was available to stop by to make sure we were happy and things were going as planned. The overall experience was fantastic.

We really enjoyed the professionalism and kindness that everybody displayed, also making sure we were pleased. Now we have our new kitchen and it is BEAUTIFUL.

"We did a total kitchen remodel from Bridgestone Construction Inc and we were very happy with the process and result. Our main designer, Jeremiah, was extremely knowledgeable and diligent, and always cheerful and pleasant. He did a fantastic job with the project management. All of the crews were skilled and always pleasant to have in our home. They were always neat and cleaned up after each day's work. Jeremiah gave us a lot of support in selecting our countertop stone, and the stone cutter came with us to select slabs, to ensure we were getting highest quality material. Everything was finished perfectly. Jeremiah cheerfully came by a few months later to replace a drawer face we weren't happy with and to adjust some of the cabinet doors. We were very happy with Jeremiah and Bridgestone Construction Inc."
