"Derrick & his crew are fantastic. I know it can be rare to hear people say they had a "good experience" with their contractor for a big project like this, but working with Derrick- you will see. All of the reviews are spot on. We did a total renovation of our master bathroom: new floor, new cabinets & countertops, new shower, took out a garden tub & replaced with freestanding tub, etc. When he was done with our master, we loved it so much we went ahead and booked him for our 2nd guest bath remodel. Derrick was so helpful and patient with us as this was our first big reno we have ever done. The crew arrived right on time every day, and worked FAST. Our neighbors (and we) couldn't believe how fast our project was done. When everyone else quoted us 6-8 weeks for our bathroom, Derrick & his crew did it in almost 2 weeks. His cabinet guy is great as we needed custom cabinets for the layout of our bathroom (tough angles, etc). Very competitive on pricing for everything, and good suggestions to help you keep in budget. They came back to fix finishing touches and made sure we were completely satisfied with how everything looked in the end. "Turner Home was fantastic! They replaced original standard cabinets with custom built cherry wood cabinets, soft slide Out shelving, a two tiered lazy susan, slide out garbage can holder, toe kick drawers, and under cabinet lighting! This was done as part of the overall kitchen remodel which was also managed by Turner Home. Allen was easy to work with, minimized the amount of time we were without kitchen access and made sure every cabinet was perfectly installed. We are extremely happy with the end result. Towards the end of this project Turner Home also restored a 1930s phonograph with a crank handle that belongs to my mother. Allen did a wonderful job of maintaining the original look while replacing damaged wood. The working phonograph is now a center piece in moms home!"

"Lar-Con construction did a fantastic job on our recent kitchen and half bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Larry, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and offered helpful suggestions that made our plans a reality. He and his crew were always pleasant and professional. They let us know approximately what time they would arrive each day, and the focus of their work for the next day. They took care to keep the dust and construction materials confined to the work area. Larry spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between ready-made, semi-custom, and custom cabinets and how they might work in our kitchen. He suggested we might want to work with a custom cabinet maker to accommodate the odd angles in our kitchen. He suggested a reputable cabinet maker who did a fantastic job developing a workable plan for our kitchen. Larry worked closely with the cabinet maker coordinating installation of the cabinets and countertops. Larry and his crew took the time and effort to complete work as if they were working on their own home. When an unexpected sub-floor repair was necessitated due to a hidden water leak, the crew took it in stride and worked it into their schedule, replacing the sub-floor. They also went into the crawl space to inspect the floor joists for water damage, repaired and replaced them as needed, and even added an additional vent to the crawl space area to create cross ventilation. Larry worked with the contractor we had hired for flooring installation, and was on hand the day the flooring was installed, helping insure it was installed professionally. We felt comfortable enough with Larry and his crew that we were able to take an out of state trip while the work was in progress. While we were gone, Larry sent photos of the work they completed each day and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We are so pleased with the quality of work completed and the work ethic demonstrated by the entire crew of Lar-Con Construction that we have already scheduled a master bath renovation."
