"The job went very well. Roger and his crew stayed on top of it even when the counters and cabinets were delayed by other vendors. They found innovative ways to handle problems that were not anticipated, when they arose and found and administered outside subs when needed, getting bids to help with the budget. Roger did a "labor only" bid as we provided cabinets and counters. I am not sure I made the right choice to do that - but it was expedient and Roger went with it. Rogers charges were reasonable and we reimbursed costs of hardware items that he got. If I were to do it again, I would probably ask for a complete bid - but that was my choice. Roger was always responsive and available when I had a question. He always gave me an idea of where he was on the job and what we needed to do. Ron L"

"It went great. the salesman David came out promptly to do the estimate.  He quoted me on a couple of different options. I then had to choose the fabric.  All the fabrics are Sunbrella, which is great.  I compared their product to Sunsetter's options, and these are much higher quality (and cost more, of course).  4 weeks later, they came to install the product, they were extremely friendly and professional- it took about 3 hours and they were done.  Very happy with the service and the product.  They stayed in touch at all times.

Adrian is one of the most reliable and upstanding contractors I have worked with in Marin and his attention to quality is rare. "We recently had our master bathroom renovated by Ovation Restoration, LLC. We discussed what we were looking for and our budget and Rick indicated he could do the job within that budget. We are very happy with the bathroom now. The old bathroom was very builder basic and now it is much more us with our choice of items (flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tub, faucets, etc.). We encountered a few minor bumps in the road and the project ended up taking just a little longer than expected but I have heard stories from others on their projects taking two or three times longer with other contractors so not bad at all. All the delays were outside the control of Ovation. We did encounter an extra cost on some replumbing, but Rick helped us out a bit by giving us a discount in the end. The workers and contractors were easy to talk with, but we did have issues from time to time communicating with one of the workers. It all worked out in the end. Joshua had great attention to detail, and he continually kept us updated on the progress. His assistance in helping us to decide the layout for the shower walls was important to our satisfaction with the bathroom. We were told that they would clean up a bit at the end of each day but that seldom happened on our project. We have a couple of minor issues that I am sure will be taken care of soon but overall, a better experience than I expected.
