The problem lied behind the drywall and Al told me what work was needed to investigate the issue and repair it. He walked me through the process and quoted me a fair cost for the job. Throughout the repair work he provided updates and what materials he needed to completed the work. Al provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant to talk to. I am very satisfied with his work and craftmanship."

"I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. My father asked that additional painting be done and Adrian obliged without hesitation. Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Builders for any bathroom remodeling needs. "This was accomplished on time and per budget. Ryan and his team worked with us at each stage and notified us of any significant changes to materials, time or budget. They were not our lowest bid but they provided great value with minimal impact to our day to day life over the 4 weeks of the job. His team is friendly, courteous and professional. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day. We went with them because they are a local company and we’re very glad we did. They will definitely be asked to bid on our future bathroom remodel project. My overall grade is 4.9 with only a few minor painting issues as detractors. We look forward to working with them in the future."

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. "After they redid our counter tops and island, we had them paint out cabinets and build shelves up to the ceiling. The communication was on point this time and the results speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for any home project."

"Excellent! We extended 2 areas on each side of our pool to make it more usable for lounge chairs on one side and a table with 6 chairs on the other. I can highly recommend Kent Horner and his company for many reasons. They started the work quickly, showed up daily and on time until it was completed, had a large crew and fixed any issues that we had due to moving sprinklers and lights. Kent used a large excavator to level the areas himself over 3 days. When this part was done, the crew took away the grass and dirt and disposed it, prepped the areas and put in the retaining walls, pavers and drains. I really appreciated that Kent showed up every day to check on the progress and address any concerns. He said the job was priced a bit low because there was so much compacted hard soil. He didn’t try to up the price, he did the work for the price he quoted. Thank you so much Kent and CH Gardens for the wonderful job! It’s awesome!"
