I had concerns for my 103 year old home, especially a section of the foundation. Their Inspector, Bob Bloom, arrived on time, was professional and experienced, took time to answer all my questions (thank you for not rushing), and provided me with useful feedback on my foundation and options for repair. "Our project was a total kitchen gut and remodel including additional flooring for the living room and hallway. Dave was easy to work with.At our initial meeting Dave took measurements and listened to what we wanted.He returned in about a week with an estimate. and a timeline for payment and a timeline the completion of the job. Dave was very professional as well as was his workers. His countertop employee was excellent and my countertops are amazing.
