"Need to have front porch columns, overhang and decorative railing redone due to water and insect damage. First spoke with Aaron in autumn of 2013. Said he was too busy and please call back in the spring. Spoke with Aaron a few times on the phone in late winter 2014, and traded a few emails. He was clear they were still very busy, and the work may not get done for a while. Discussed T&M contract and possible date, but never got to formal contract. Further delayed due to referral to a mason (reference provided at no charge) to get porch steps done first. Very professional and personable in conversations, but just too busy for me."

"Curt and three his workers from Dwelling Well are very professional and wonderfully coordinated from start and finish the retaining walls and stair steps project including replanting brushes. The project was completed timely and extremely coordinated in keeping our property cleanly maintained. We can not asked for more from these friendly professionals and we are very very happy and satisfied with the completed work, even during extremely cold and raining weather. We highly recommend their professional manner and orderly maintenance to complete the project with A plus plus results."
