They were not our lowest bid but they provided great value with minimal impact to our day to day life over the 4 weeks of the job. His team is friendly, courteous and professional. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day. We went with them because they are a local company and we’re very glad we did. They will definitely be asked to bid on our future bathroom remodel project. My overall grade is 4.9 with only a few minor painting issues as detractors. "Idel Designs remodeled our kitchen. They demolished and fabricated a new one. They also took care of new floors, sheetrock modifications, countertops and tile installation. The process took over 5 weeks. The project was finished in a timely manner. The quality and service provided by the owners, Dennisse and Edward was excellent. They always answered messages and phone calls, proving that they care about their clients needs. We are definitely satisfied with the job and we would give them 5 stars!"

"The whole process was outstanding!! I’m someone who doesn’t like construction. The dust especially. But I also wanted an upgrade. I interviewed 3 contractors. Tim Armitage being one of them. He by far was a stand out. Not only was he very friendly and funny but his knowledge of construction was mind blowing. I ended up hiring RCD and was so happy I did. Tim’s crew were very nice and respectful. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. And that’s a big deal to me. Because I work from home I had to stay there during the construction process. Being very dust sensitive they would put plastic up wherever they were working. They also cleaned up the area every day after they were done. I felt they always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Tim was great at always keeping the lines of communication open. He always answered his phone. Which I really appreciate. I can be kind of picky. I expect the best and I got it. The project was done in the time frame I was promised. Tim also has an eye for the finishes. He helped me pick out paint colors , tile, countertops etc. so that everything flowed nicely. The project went so smoothly! And for that I was so grateful. My kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. "Excellent people to work with. The workers had high competence levels and very positive attitudes. The quality of the work was outstanding, and reminded me of my Dad's, who was an old-school homebuilder craftsmen; for example they hand applied an under coat and a hand finish to the wall plaster, instead of the now common spray finish - the difference is remarkable. There were minor problems with the tardiness of a few subs, but overall they worked hard to meet deadlines for an older house that held many surprises behind the walls. The finished home received many "wows" from visitors, particularly those who saw it before the remodeling. An appraiser for a refinance expressed similarly and gave it the highest rating she could for other than a new home."

"After they redid our counter tops and island, we had them paint out cabinets and build shelves up to the ceiling. The communication was on point this time and the results speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for any home project."
