I was looking for someone who would do excellent work, but also someone dependable who would come when he said he would, work on my job until it was done (not a half day here and there and skip off to another job while I had a half done shower)and be trusted to be in my home when I was not. And also someone who would only do what I needed done and let me do the rest to keep the total project cost down. Wayne is all of those things.
Start to finish the process took about 2 weeks of using the kids bathroom which included the glass being ordered and installed.
Wayne was able to suggest an electrician to do some of my other work and even coordinated with him to make the electrician's job easier.
He communicated frequently so I always knew what was going on. Absolutely would use him again.

"This is a picture of only part of the job. These floors were very water damaged and golden/honey oak. 2 young guys sanded, repaired and stained. The floors are incredible! Many other jobs needed to be done. The entire Apex crew did exceptional work! We continued to add jobs as they went and they stayed very patient with each request we made. The communication was exceptional. Emails and texting communication was almost everyday. We were informed of every detail of the jobs and made aware of anything new etc.. these guys went above and beyond to get it all done. David Wilson kept the entire thing running smooth as different jobs required different workers to come and go. I can’t recommend them enough!!"

After submitting my deposit, I experienced unexpected delays, increased costs, and confusion about the start date and plan. With much frustration, my bathroom was finally done. And, it is stunning! There is excellence in every detail, even though the products are mid-line. From the gold, silver and glass accents to the beautiful blend of neutral, warm tones, my bathroom looks like it belongs in a high-end luxury hotel. The owner and subcontractor manager made up for the frustrating experience by apologizing and working very hard for several days straight to complete the work.
