"My screen porch took much longer than I expected. There are some things remaining to be done, but I can use it now. During construction a wire was cut leaving me without cell phone, land line, and Internet for nearly two days. Luckily Comcast was able to splice the wires together so everything was restored. Overall I really like the porch. The workers were neat and competent. My biggest complaint is about customer service which was lacking in informing me of much of anything. I was surprised to be told by the workers that my porch will have shingles on the roof. I would recommend them with some reservations, especially regarding customer service."

We signed the contract and a month later we had some awesome workers come out to our house. Charles, Brandon, and Kyle worked 2 days to dig, brace, and make sure our wall was level/plum.
