"Working with Kissimmee Granite was a pleasure from day one. We went to the showroom to pick out our new quartz countertops, sink and faucet. Everyone was so nice and professional from buying the counters to installing them. We had ordered a cooktop from Home Depot and when it was delayed they didnâ t want to cut out the counter for it in case the measurement was different from the previous one. They cheerfully came back the day after the cooktop was delivered , did all the measurements and cut out the countertop. You donâ t get that kind of service from most places anymore. Secondly the prices were extremely fair. We cannot say enough about our wonderful installers. They were so great to work with. I can honestly say that you should have no hesitation regarding using Kissimmee Granite and Marble. My new kitchen countertops are beautiful and it completely changed the look of the kitchen. "While updating appliances in the kitchen, I ran into problems with the height of the trim surrounding the new microwave- I was unable to open the upper cabinet doors.  I called Jim and he gave me such a reasonable quote to modify the panel, I gave it to him to take back to his shop and did not bother to get a 3rd estimate. A few days later, Jim called to confirm a time to install the panel and Chris showed up for installation,  Chris was very polite and courteous, he worked efficiently and when he was done he asked if he was to install the microwave/trim kit also. I said it would be nice since my husband was not that trilled about doing it.  Little did I know that Chris had never installed something like this before- It wasn't until Jim showed up to check how the job was going that he commented it was good experience for him.   I would have never known because Chris was so efficient in the process.  We were happy to pay the additional charge to install the microwave/trim kit.
While Jim was there he also gave me a quote for new granite countertops- which is in my near future.
