"Did An amazing job on metal roof. They were knowledgeable and very experienced. Looks like a Completley new home thanks to them. Thank you Espinoza exteriors!"

"Mike's team performed an outstanding repair on my garage ceiling closet. The area, which was previously affected by mold, now appears to be in pristine condition. I am extremely appreciative of their work."

"Very reasonable, respectful team of professionals. My house is gleaming and my deck railings are finally mildew free. They're coming out again in a couple days to stain the deck railings of two 16 x 30 decks for a very reasonable charge. Also, am having them replace the wax ring of a toilet and fix the indented floor. I'm delighted to have found Davon. He'll be my first call for all my house repairs."

"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."

"Initial quote was great, but it took 7 return trips to get the job completed. The biggest issue was the man quoting it and the people doing the work don't seem to communicate. I had to keep calling them back and asking them to complete the job. They did not communicate well as to when they would do the work. Twice I took a day off work with the understanding they would finish the job. Once they showed up and did 20 min of work and said they had to go to the shop and would be back the next day. The other I called and asked where they were and they said they couldn't make it and would be out the next day. In the end, the work is good, but you have to stay on top of them to get the work completed."

"very positive. crew was prompt and friendly and talented. I almost gave them excellent (which I consider has to be near perfect). In my book it is impossible to have excellent when trim painting at 30 feet in the air! They were as good as the team I used 6 years ago when I paid 40% more! I almost didn't use them because they were so much cheaper (even using the top of line sherwin williams paint) but they were as good as I have had. Eleazor and Caesar were very diligent and didn't mind my "picky" concerns. They fixed everything and cleaned up well after the work. They just did the work with a smile. Very impressed. I am having them back to paint my deck next."

"Meticulous. Thorough. Goes beyond expectations. Exceptional value for the price of work. Actually, I would give him 6 stars out of 5. Trust him...hire him. You will NOT be disappointed."

"Showed up on time preformed their job within a reasonable amount of time and I cannot recommend them enough."
