"Mr. Powell was fantastic throughout my deck project. He was low bidder. He provided great service with specific terms. He was here when he said he would be here - every time. He worked in the mud and rain to ensure the job got done. He handled all permitting and approvals flawlessly. The entire project took less than a month from initial permit approval to final inspection. The site was cleaned up and he also worked around my landscaping without damage.
