"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"I needed a portion of decking replaced, the company came out gave me a great estimate and made the repairs within the week, I couldn't be happier, total professionals, true to their word and price! Highly recommend"

"After a lengthy search I hired Andino Painting LLC to paint a new screen door, replace some boards on our deck stairs, and stain our deck and stairs. I was very pleased with their work. They drove all around town searching for the specific stain I requested them to use and charged me a fair price for the painting and staining. I would highly recommend them for your exterior deck staining project."

"We recently had our deck replaced in Fuquay Varina. The team was very professional start to finish and addressed the surprise wood rot with complete compassion. The finished deck is beautiful and the quality shows. We highly recommend them for your deck needs."

"New screened in deck in the Smithfield/Wilson’s Mills area. We are so very pleased with the quality of work done on our deck. They came sooner than we thought & had it done quickly. They cleaned up the area afterwards, leaving the deck ready to use. We had a few issues with minor things, but Maegan has been on top of them all to get them taken care of. We would definitely recommend Elite Xteriors as the go to for a deck build!"

"They were timely and efficient."

"Completely rebuilt my 12x10 deck. Composite steps and flooring, wood railings."

"We had Allen do two different projects around our house. The first was hanging pictures, mirrors and drilling holes to run cables for us. He did a great job, showed up at the appointment time as was done promptly. We were so impressed with the quality of his work that we hired him to sand and stain our deck. That job was also completed properly, on time and at the price quoted. We ill be using Allen for other projects around our house this year!"

"We were extremely satisfied with Scott Phelps. This was the second time we hired him. The first time he tiled the downstairs including entry, hallway, kitchen and breakfast nook. His workers were punctual showing up every day promptly at 7:00 am. He would show up every day to either check the progress or inform us of what was going to happen the next day. Scott also worked on our bathroom remodel not only with the tiling but also with the planning and design.

He is a stickler for perfection and will not leave the job unless the customer is satisfied. His workers are very talented, friendly and trustworthy. We had no problem leaving the house while they were working. The cost of the job was reasonable. Scott's prices are higher than many but not by much and we feel that what we paid was well worth the outcome. You do get what you pay for."
