I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. "Tom comes across as a knowledgeable and experienced craftsman. He listens rather than impose his views, is pragmatic, and easy to work with. Comes across as someone who enjoys his work and wants to give his best. I hired tom to re-do my deck railings but soon the project expanded due to rotten stairs under the deck and other ideas I had. He was accommodating. Did a great job. Since he is a one-man army, he will take his time and that worked fine with me as I was in no rush. So he may not be suitable for someone who wants everything done ASAP. Will be rehiring him for additional projects."
