"We were very pleased with the work KPS Contracting did for us. Peter and his team built us a 16’ x 16’ composite deck and we asked him to build the deck within a very tight schedule and they finished the job on time even in the rain. Good quality work and very pleasant to work with. I will certainly hire KPS Contracting again for future work. Also the price to build the deck was very reasonable."

"Excellent, so happy. I am planning more work"

"Mendez Construction done an excellent job on repairing my front porch , the back deck and wood rot around two windows. Santo and crew came on time and cleaned up afterwards.I will use them again when I have an another project to do ."

"Garth was great! We had a couple of bids for this project and they were in line with everyone else but explained everything better and made us feel more comfortable. They were communicative, were able to start within a week and completed the project in a couple of days. They even made suggestions for upgrades along the way while sticking to the original quoted price. They blended the rooms together seamlessly so you can’t tell there was ever a wall or a bar area there to begin with. Would 100% use again."

"We needed someone to help us hang a porch swing. Mr. Gutierrez showed up as planned, was quick and did and excellent job! I would recommend Mr. Gutierrez and his crew for what you need for home projects."

"Communication was great and reliable. They did several jobs and all of them look great. They constantly follow up on all activities and timing."

"New Old provided a great quote for a screened in back deck compared to others and seemed to be much more knowledgeable. Work quality and pace was 5/5. They were a pleasure to deal with on all fronts. I plan to use them in near future for another project. I highly recommend New Old!"

"Abraham kept me involved in the process, made sure I was ok with any changes, and finished the project in great time! I would recommend him and his crew for any deck jobs you have. He basically remade mine from scratch in 4 days, with a 17 step staircase. Awesome!"
