"DAL did great work with our big job! They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. We went with DAL because they had done a deck down the street last year that looked really good, so we didn't really shop around - that said, they probably aren't the cheapest, but any additional cost is evident in the quality of work and ease of experience! Last note - it took most of a year from contract to build start, so plan ahead!"

"While I had someone reach back out within 24hrs of first contact, it was of no use; they wanted $58/- to come out for an estimate. Given that I was reaching out to this form specifically for a re-decking job, it’s impossible to move ahead without an estimate. Not sure why anyone would pay to get an estimate for such type of work. Makes me question what else they nickel and dime for!"

"It went great. The posts had to be tied into some angular non-traditional stairs. I could not figure out the cut, and I never did railings before so I decided I needed a professional. It was a small job only 3 steps but important and detailed. I had difficulty finding someone who wanted to take it on. Mike was very willing and confident he could do it. I was confident in Mike also, and was not even home when he was doing most of the work. Mike kept me informed with photos throughout the project. Final result looks great and is nice and strong. I highly recommend."
