Get matched with top deck pros in Chinese Camp, CA

"This was, by far, the best company I have ever hired. The yard clean-up (2 acres) looks better than it did when I first moved in 20 years ago. They went above and beyond what we agreed upon even cleaning off the back deck. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing their services."

"Sham and his crew built an awesome deck and remodeled a basement room. He was neat, timely and responsive to phone calls and emails. Very easy to work with. He has all my future business."

"I have been working with Joe for more than 10 years. In that time Joe has been my primary builder. I provide architectural services and need a reliable contractor, Joe has always provided the best and most consistent contractor service. His prices are always fair and his build quality is unmatched. He has built everything from decks of all sizes, garages, additions and custom homes. You should have zero reservation about hiring Joe, he is dependable, reliable and exceptional."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Demo-ed and replaced an exterior deck (approx 350 sq ft). The owner and his crew were simply outstanding in estimating, executing, cleaning-up aspects of this job. One is hard-put to assemble adequate adjectives to describe the quality of his work and the pleasure the whole family has experienced from his exceptional work and attitude. Bravo!"

"A Home Center was called in July 2011 to arrange for a time to come out.   They were going to be very busy for a few wks, which was okay.  I explained what needed to be done with some Trex replacements on the deck.

The week Kerry (sp?) was to come out he had to cancel because of a Dr appt.  He had surgery on a broken ankle that was healing from a yr ago.  No problem since my husband went through similar things 2 yrs ago.  So it was arranged to come out a week later, Aug 2nd, which he did.

He was very mannerly and went to work at once.   He gave me a quote on the job and even though it took 2 days because of unforseen things, the price remained the same.  Everything was cleaned up and we are very pleased with the work and attitude of Kerry.  The dogs even liked him!

I had trepedations about getting someone who had experience, an honest business sense and scrouples but am really happy with the experience and will use them in the future.  My husband thought about it all and agreed that Kerry did an excellent job and has no problem with using them again for other things."
