I have been in the construction industry for 40 years. We do drywall repairs, whole houses, garages. We also do interior painting.

With three years of hands-on experience in framing, remodeling, and home additions, We provide reliable and detail-oriented work throughout all Indiana and Ohio. We have experience with residential & commercial framing, renovations, and structural improvements.\n\nI believe in doing things the right way — solid structure, clean finishes, and clear communication. "The project went exactly as expected, and the work was completed as promised.  Matt's work crews were very professional.  They cleaned the work sites at the end of each day to our satisfaction and were very polite.  Our back porch was torn off completely and rebuilt.  The front porch posts were replaced along with the floor decking.  There was some wind/rain damage to the roof over the front porch and that was repaired.  This was the third project that I had Matt do at my house, which is over 100 years old.  Each time he anticipated any problems that could occur (due to the condition of our house) and provided for those issues in his quotes and scope of work.  Matt made routine visits to the work site to check on the progression of the jobs but was always available by phone if any problems should occur.  I will definitely use The Home Improvement Company for any future projects on my house!!!

"
Absolutely the very best experience I have ever had with a contractor from start to finish...bar none.  They fully explained exactly waht they would do and how they would do the job and how their processes and materials would allow them to guarntee thei final product for as long as I own the home.  I had to replace exterior doors before they could starty and due to issues with back orders on those doors, etc., Hoosier Permanent Coatings was patient with me until it was time to call in their crew.  While on site, their painting crew told me exactly what they would do each day, they were punctual and efficient and very meticulous in their work and explained what they were doing while they did it and why.  The jod was superbly done with no mess...they even power washed my decks, pations and porches afterwards and did not leave one speck of apint chips on the ground.  They are the only painting company I would ever use again (in case I ever move) and I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Very professional, great communication and promptness, as well as very nice. The deck work looks fantastic and feels stable. I would highly recommend!"

No matter what you need done I'm the one that can do it all! Years of hands on experience with just about everything from you family's home to mechanical work to you automobiles! There is no job to small and every task performed is backed with a 1 year warranty! I like to come up with an agreement with the customer on a price. When I start a job I finish it before starting anything else. I have let homeowners make payments before the labor is done for bigger jobs like a new roof. I like to help people out by not charging crazy prices. I'm your right hand hangman honest and reliable.
