They showed up when they said they would, worked very diligently over the course of a week and finished when they said they would. All required county permits were pulled and they helped with our HOA paperwork by ensuring we had the correct County plat document. They were the best price of the three estimates we received and actually finished the job for slightly less than their estimate. If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of.
