"I contacted Tonelli Builders for an estimate. Chris has been a pleasure to work with, as well as his crew members. He always kept us informed on the progress of the job and kept a tidy work site. We are very happy with our deck!! We will be calling Chris again when we need other household renovations!! Thanks Tonelli Builders!"

"This was not new construction to correct an initial deck design flaw.. and it was not a simple job. Some contractors would have tried to over-complicate the nature of the work to inflate their fees.Scott was honest and straightforward. Scott was: On time. On budget. With excellent craftsmanship. Pleasant to work with. I give Scott Monath the highest possible rating is all areas. I have no doubts of Scott's ability to any type of construction: Decks, Carpentry,(rough or finish), remodels(interior or exterior), baths, kitchens etc. I would hire Scott again. Best contractor I ever had do work for me."

"Owner was there during the install"

"We are very pleased with the work that Joe, Mike and Anthony did in replacing our deck railings. They arrived on time, were polite and aimed to please us. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. We asked that they preserve as much of our wisteria and hydrangea vines which were entwined in the existing rail. These guys worked hard to save as much as they could. It wasn't easy, but they did it for us. The installation is beautifully done, and they even made a suggested change to better accommodate my handicapped husband. I highly recommend Phase 4."
