Get matched with top deck pros in Glenview, IL

"We hired. Jose to replace a very large deck. His work was planned and carried out effectively. We would definitely hire him again for a large or small job because his prices are reasonable and the work is finished on time."

"Eddie, the owner, was super prompt with his quote and scheduling the work. The crew was very efficient and courteous. They built an entire deck in a day and a half and everyone wanted to be sure I was happy with the results and were very responsive to my final fixes. Overall, a positive experience."

"Very good experience. In my experience every project has its hiccups but most important things to me are: quality work, clear communication & timeliness. These three points were well executed throughout the project and we are thrilled with our refinished deck, fence and rear gate. Jason also did a great job bringing the deck up to code. Again, a very good experience."

"J Sitko was highly responsive to our request through Angie's. Jack Sitko came out and gave us a thorough & detailed quote for our deck replacement and exterior wall/siding repair. The team was very responsive to our initial questions, and when we selected Sitko for the work took care of all the steps from design and permitting through final inspection. The crew came quickly and worked steadily throughout the whole project, even in the colder days of December. They identified numerous issues with our exterior wallboards and quickly replaced all rotting boards (a larger project than we imagined). The deck went up quickly and was exceedingly well built and secured. The team wasn't the neatest I've seen, given this was renovation to our existing living space, but were quick to haul away all construction material. Sitko took care of our punch list promptly, making sure we were completely satisfied. The whole project took less than a month, and we now have a new exterior space to enjoy come spring!"

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

"I am so happy I found Torro Construction. They did an amazing job on helping me save my deck. They helped me to keep the cost down. They were so nice and respectful. I will call them every time I need a project done."

"We wanted our back porch shortened, updated with composite decking, and new railings. We also replaced our back and storm doors. Robert was responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. As it was a smaller project, he was able to add his to his schedule within a week. Looks great!"

"Did a great job on my deck. Great service."

"Luis and team did a great job with staining my front and back deck. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. He was skillful, knowledgeable and worked clean. Thank you!"

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."
