"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

He also did our entryway, closed off a window to for more cabinetry space, redid the fireplace surround, completely remodeled 1 bath and partially another, remodeled laundry room with new cabinets and added sink and tile floor plus refinished all hardwood flooring throughout. Ron was very responsive- always responded to our texts and emails. He was on time and on budget. Also - his guys were fabulous! They showed up every day, were courteous, respectful, and their work top notch. We lived in the house for the entire project and they always cleaned at the end of each day. We just can't say enough about his great team. It was a pleasure working with them and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family."

"One evening I completed my request for a Handyman to do a roof repair, remove the old chase and to repair drywall that suffered the wrath of a leaking roof and was called the next day by Patrick. He came out that day and said he would call back with the estimate. The estimate came and within days the chase was removed and the roof repaired. Patrick has a large job in another city and asked if it was okay to do the drywall repair at a later date. I'm working on restoring a deck so that worked for me. The roof repair was nicely done and you can't even see where the repair is. I will use Patrick in the future when I have repairs around the home that need to be done."
