Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."
