"The O'Rourke team was a joy to work with. Sean came out, met us, listened to what we wanted in a deck, and came back with a very competitive estimate. He was happy to make some revisions, and we hired him. His team took care of obtaining permits, removing the old deck, preparing the ground (including a weed barrier), and building the new deck. Sean was easy to communicate with and kept us updated as things went along. We realized we had made an error in what we requested, and he was able to pivot and give us a beautiful deck that we use often. Our deck is the envy of the neighborhood and we love it! Thanks O'Rourke!"

"I was 110% satisfied with town fence. The owner came out himself quoted me had a brilliant suggestion that I didn t think about . The work was done in a timely matter. It turned out absolutely beautiful I highly recommend town fence and I would give them 10 stars. I have already had neighbors stop by to ask me for the phone number to town fence stating that the work was gorgeous. I would 100% used town fence again for any of my fencing needs."

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

"My old deck had some great TLC and came back to life!"

"Did a great job on my deck. Great service."

"Great! Very professional and fast!"

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"Elias was very professional and courteous. I love the fact that I received written estimate with every step of the process as well as pictures. He went above and beyond my expectation and well as did a some additional things at no extra cost. The whole process was great from receiving the estimate, making a deposit, and making the final payment. My deck looks brand new and very beautiful, you would never know it was a repair job and not the building of a new deck. He offer advice and suggestion on how to keep up the deck. I'm am very please. I would surely recommend his service to any one. Also I will use him again when I need work on other project. I also wanted to mention when he came out for the estimate I had a very good feeling about him, that he was honest and true. Thank You for the beautiful work."

"Initially, I hired them to power wash and paint a small section of a rather large deck. However, when I saw how professional they were, and how well it was turning out, I added to my scope of work and had them do two decks and repair outside structures. It took them three days to complete the work, but no shortcuts were taken. They moved furniture deck furniture and replaced it. I am beyond pleased"
